When you order trainer pens and/or patient information leaflet online or use the expiry reminder service, we collect your contact details, information about the product(s) ordered, expiry dates, shipping information and other information necessary to execute the transaction.

When you order products online we collect your contact details, information about the product(s) ordered or returned, order reference number, shipping information, payment information and other information necessary to execute the transaction.
